A college and seminary professor, Dr. Railey has also served as secretary of the Assemblies of God Education Department. He has extensive experience as a senior and associate pastor. He is a contributor to such publications as Advance, The Youth Leader, Paraclete, The Assemblies of God Educator, Enrichment Journal, and Systematic Theology: A Pentecostal Perspective, Stanley Horton, ed. (1994). Dr. Railey is a member of the Society of Biblical Literature, the Evangelical Theological Society and the Society for Pentecostal Studies.
