Housing Information
James River Leadership College students have three housing options:
1. Housing through JRLC.
2. Housing at Central Bible College.
3. Secure housing on their own.
Housing through JRLC.
Students obtaining housing through JRLC will be placed together with other JRLC students in the Fremont Hills Town Homes, two miles from the James River Campus. These spacious two bedroom/two and a half bath townhomes come with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer hookups (see photos below). The cost for this option covers rent, utilities, deposit and fees. All costs are non-refundable and due by the first day of class each semester. Furnishings are not provided by JRLC. If you choose this option you must fill out this form and return it to JRLC.
Students who aquire housing through JRLC have two options:
A. 2 people/2 bedrooms (1 person per room): $1,950 per student, per semester
B. 4 people/2 bedrooms (2 people per room): $1,200 per student, per semester
Housing at Central Bible College.
JRLC students have the option to live in the residence halls on the campus of Central Bible College (CBC). The CBC campus is located in north Springfield, about 20 miles from JRA.
