Housing Information
James River Leadership College students have three housing options:
1. JRLC housing.
2. CBC on campus housing.
3. Secure own housing.
JRLC Housing
Students who choose JRLC housing will be placed together with other JRLC students in the Fremont Hills Town Homes, two miles from the James River Campus. These spacious two bedroom/two and a half bath townhomes come with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer hookups (see photos below). The cost for this option covers rent, utilities, deposit and fees. All costs are non-refundable and are due by October 15th. We also provide each student with a twin bed or bunk bed however additional furnishings are not provided by JRLC. If you choose this option you must fill out this form by July 15, 2010
Students who choose JRLC housing are placed in a 4 person/2 bedroom (2 people per room) town home at the rate of $1,200 per student, per semester. The $1200 rate covers both rent and utilities.
CBC on campus housing
JRLC students have the option to live in the residence halls on the campus of Central Bible College (CBC). The CBC campus is located in north Springfield, about 25 miles from JRA.
